• 10-15+ years in data environments
• Deep, hands-on data modeling expertise: Kimball or Inmon methodology, BUS matrix development, facts and dimensions, star schema design
• Experience with Databricks and either Redshift or Snowflake, in an AWS ecosystem. Bonus if architect or lead on a Redshift-to-Databricks platform migration within AWS.
• Currently a senior data architect or senior manager with leadership experience, ready to grow into Director (not looking for large team leadership)
• Active use of Claude, Copilot, or similar LLMs to speed up data engineering, from generating code and ETL logic to documenting schemas and debugging

BMS/EPMS Controls Design Engineer Hyperscale Data Center | Michigan City, IN (Hybrid)

• Produce AutoCAD drawings for BMS and EPMS/PMS controls systems from scratch
• Generate submittals, shop drawings, and engineering documentation to client and GC standards
• Create and maintain I/O schedules, control panel layouts, control logic sequences, and system architecture diagrams
